If the purchased product does not coincide with the characteristics of the announced on the website, you have the option of requesting a return for the money paid or requesting a change for the exact product that you requested in your purchase. This application must be made on the website filling the form with the corresponding information. In the case of product change, once in communication with our part, you must follow the instructions sent to return the acquired through our FedEx messaging and parcel provider. The expenses of this shipment are exempted to the consumer.

Exclusions to changes or returns in the case of custom products and those considered as underwear and/or lingerie. Being this type of garments, we request to verify the available sizes and other characteristics of the product you want to buy.
